The hotel's convenient location in central Brussels provides easy access to the city center and Metro, with charming seafood snack spots nearby. The small, mediocre rooms might be less than ideal for the rates, but the superb service from the reception staff stands out as a major positive.

The hotel is situated in a perfect city center location with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and had adequate seating, a fridge, and a kettle, although they were a little too warm despite having a new air-conditioning unit. The service was consistently helpful and nice, except for a slight setback during breakfast. The location makes it easy to access main attractions on foot, but it may not be the safest option. Dining was average, covering the basics, but could offer more variety. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great city center location.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy, not overlooking the street, very warm, and nicely decorated/furnished with a well-thought-out layout. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly, helpful, and guiding us in finding what we needed. The location couldn't have been better, right by all the downtown sights and with shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby in the wonderful St Catherine area. The dining experience was delicious, offering a variety including all kinds of bread, fresh cheese, marmalade, boiled eggs, fresh juice, and coffee. I enjoyed the well-maintained facilities and found the hotel to be a great value for money.

The rooms have a modern decor with a large bed, flat screen TV, and free Wi-Fi, akin to a small studio apartment. The service staff is incredibly kind, speaks multiple languages, and goes above and beyond in assisting guests. The dining options offer a good variety of dishes, although they could be more diverse. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Brussels, being close to major attractions like the Xmas markets in Place Saint Catherine.
